Retraction Policy

The journal adheres to the principles of transparency and academic integrity and applies a retraction procedure in cases where significant violations of publication ethics or unreliability of published materials are identified.

Grounds for retraction include:

  • plagiarism or self-plagiarism;
  • fabrication or falsification of data;
  • duplicate publication;
  • serious methodological errors that invalidate the scientific results;
  • violation of copyright or ethical standards.

The retraction procedure may be initiated by the editorial board, authors, reviewers, or third parties on the basis of a reasoned request and includes:

  • preliminary verification of the received information by the editorial office;
  • informing the author about the initiation of the review and ensuring the authors’ right to provide explanations;
  • involvement of independent experts or additional materials if necessary;
  • decision-making by the editorial board in accordance with the principles of impartiality and confidentiality.

If a decision on retraction is made, the publication remains available on the journal’s website marked as “Retracted” with a justified explanation of the reasons for the retraction.
